Notice: Cook County Pension Fund Annuitant Trustee Election
Cook County retirees have a chance to vote to protect their retirement security. AFSCME Illinois Retiree Chapter 31 is recommending Kulmeet "Bob" Galhotra for trustee in the October 27 mail-ballot election.
Kulmeet “Bob” Galhotra served for some three decades as an attorney in the Public Defender’s Office of Cook County, and served as President of AFSCME Local 3315 for nearly 10 years. With over 30 years of experience practicing constitutional law, Bob has shown a commitment to justice and fairness, and knows how to defend and advocate for the rights of retirees.

- Ballots for the Cook County Pension Fund Annuitant Trustee Election have been mailed out to retirees. Check your mail for your ballot, mark it for Bob Galhotra, and return mail it right away.
- This is a mail-only election. Your ballot must be returned by mail and received by 12:00pm CST on October 27, 2021, in the P.O. Box designated by the Fund in order to be counted.
