Health care costs will skyrocket. Tell Congress to lower them!

The so-called “Big Beautiful Bill” hands out massive tax cuts to the top 1%. To pay for them, this budget plan cuts nearly $1 trillion in federal funding for health care over the next 10 years.

The effects of such drastic cuts will be felt most severely by the most vulnerable Americans—the poor, the disabled, the elderly. But we’re all going to feel the pain as health care costs continue to rise.

Without urgent action from Congress, health care access will be more limited, health care jobs will be lost and many rural hospitals may have to close their doors.

On Sept. 25, AFSCME and our allies are standing up for a nationwide day of action.

Call your member of Congress to demand they halt the increase in health care costs for all of us!
